PRICING

  • This is our early bird pricing, available until December 30th, 2024 - SAVE $50!

    Total program cost is $560+tax, divided into two payments of $280+tax

    16 sessions @ $35/session

    3 complimentary group classes

  • This is our standard pricing taking effect December 30th, 2024.

    Total program cost is $608+tax, divided into two payments of $304+tax

    16 sessions @ $38/session

    3 complimentary group classes

How it works.

Our programs run anywhere between 6-8 weeks, with 2x sessions per week, typically running Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Wednesday at 6am and/or 7am. If 6am or 7am doesn’t work for you, and would like to form a group on your own, pitch us a time and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred time where our schedule permits.

Program Highlights

  • Each program begins with a fitness assessment to establish benchmarks and align on your goals

  • Each program includes 2x group class passes (Strength & Sweat) + 1x Stretch & Recovery class

  • Customized programming for every participant based on their fitness level and goals.

  • Make up sessions in the case you were unable to attend due to illness, injury or vacation
