Our coveted off-season high performance program for athletes is offered March through August. With a high number of returning athletes, space will be limited. Joining the waitlist means you will receive program details and sign up info, but does not guarantee a spot. We will do our absolute best to accommodate as many athletes as possible.

    Our programming is set up to follow the end of the school year and summer break, taking into consideration school-age athletes' schedules and needs.

Who is the program for?

Our program services athletes across multiple sports and levels, but is primarily focused on hockey. Our differentiating factor is the ability to deliver individualized programming in a small group setting (max 10), with exceptional coaching standards and oversight.

From U18, U15 and U13 to Pro, Junior and College, our program spans across multiple age groups, male and female.

Our Spring program will run March 3 - April 30, 2025 before transitioning to our Summer program from May 1 - August 15, 2025.
