ME & THE WEE
A gentle, low impact class for new moms and their wee ones! Using a variety of lighter resistance props such as hand weights, blocks, Pilates balls and more, this class offers a sweat factor that feels familiar and safe for postpartum.
As long as you've been cleared to exercise by your physician, you're all set to join.
Wednesdays at 11am. Weekly drop in class. Stroller friendly facility.
